Here she is getting ready:

When we were ready, we went to see Joel at Mugz. Here is our finished product:
I have painted myself with with tempera paint before, but it never reacted like it did today. It stretched my skin and HURT! I will never paint myself again... lol. The paint ended up cracking within like 30 minutes, and I left a green flaky trail wherever I went.We didn't want to stuff our shirts with pillows, so we ended up calling ourselves stepped-on skittles... crackled...flat??? It works. I showed my professor my costume and then ran to the bathroom to wash it off... never again. It was fun while it lasted.
Here are some of my classmates' fun costumes:
Brian--throwing me outta the game... :(
Brittany--the fierce, apple-eating bear...
Kathleen, the chef:
Lindsay and Amy--footloose girls:
Abhi--starring as Apu Nahasapeemapetilon, and John, the disco hippie:
and Maggie, the Metro police... There's a pretty funny story about this. I'll spare you unless you really want to know.
Here is our costumed class:
So fun!P.S. A warning for all of you out there:
Too many skittles can lead to fat excess. Fat can cause many diseases, such as CVD. These diseases can kill you...
beware of the skittles... ESPECIALLY if they have been stepped on... gross germs.
