some like to call this meal 'brunch'; we prefer to call it luncfest. it was delicious, as has been all of the food we've consumed in portland thus far. the most impressive thing of the morning/afternoon meal is JOEL ATE EGGS AND LIKED THEM!

luncfest
julia, joel, and i had luncfest today at the original pancake house.
this alone makes the trip worthwhile. haha. joel is quite a picky eater. for his entire life his mom has tried to get him to eat and like eggs. he is finally learning!!!!! this will definitely make her smile! i am beaming from ear to ear.

yay eggs. but today i learned that thy are the most tasteless thing on the planet. unless you add salt and pepper.
