so long to the great state of texas! joel and i are going to see my sister and brother-in-law in portland. we are very excited!!!!! a friend from church is going to be house sitting, and grandma and grandpa are gonna be lucy-sitting. shes acting sad. i think she's figured out that suitcases mean we're leaving. poor lucy. joel's taking his macbook along, so we'll be keeping you updated from there.
p.s. once again, packing sucks.

The state of Oregon welcomes thee (plural) with open arms. Come for the relatives, stay for the coffee!
Lucy's not sad as you might suspect. She's even got Daisy letting her eat from the food bowl. The interaction with Riley on the other had is still a "stay away from me or I'll growl at you" stand off. Have fun.
